Shipping Times and Delivery
1. Order Processing
o Most orders will ship on the next business day, provided the Products ordered are in stock.
o Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays, except by prior arrangement with LEDLightExpert.
2. Shipping Time Estimates
o All shipping and delivery times provided on our website or by any representatives of LEDLightExpert are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
o We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive, and any shipping or transit times offered to you are for reference purposes only.
o LEDLightExpert shall not be liable for any delays in shipment or delivery, and such delays shall not constitute grounds for cancellation of the order or any claim for damages.
o We encourage you to place orders in a timely manner to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.
3. Free Shipping
o Free shipping is offered on orders of $49 USD or more on select items shipped to the 48 contiguous United States.
o Large and oversized items, including but not limited to poles and lights four (4) feet and over in length, may be excluded from free shipping.
o Shipping charges to all other areas will be provided upon request, during the checkout process, or after checkout in the event shipping is to be calculated later.
o We reserve the right to change or amend shipping charges, including the availability of free shipping, at any time without prior notice.
