- Can I get advice or a light plan?
A: Yes, we have a team of lighting designers on staff and based in the USA. They average decades of lighting experience. Call for free advice or all the way up to a computer photometric study.

Can I return?
A: Yes, 30 days, must be in new condition. You elect to return in your account. It's called an RMA (return merchandise authorization). Request an RMA in your order inside your account. click here to see an image of how to find it.
- Do you guys take Resale or Tax Exempt Certs?
A: Yes, email your cert to [email protected] and we will make your account non taxable. You will need to have an account under your email for us to link the cert to. Make a free account here.
- Do you guys take POs or offer financing?
A: Yes, up to free NET30 with zero fees for schools, municipalities & business. Visit our financing page to learn more and apply. You will need to be approved.
-How fast is shipping? Where does it ship from?
A: We use a network of warehouses to speed things up. Most items are stocked in our Los Angeles, CA, Edison, NJ and Dallas TX warehouses. We also have other locations we utilize. Most items are 2-4 days for delivery. Some items are labeled as Guaranteed 2-3 Days, or ships within 24 hours when we are well stocked at all locations. Custom, oversized, light poles and some others may take longer.

A: We offer great tech support and the best warranty in the business. First step is to collect A. a copy of your invoice or invoice number, B. some pictures of the product itself and the product sticker and C. Tell us what's going on. Send us an email or use our Contact us form message with this info to get started. Our techs will then follow up with next steps to resolve the issue.
Common Light Questions

Are your bulbs dimmable?
Not with a traditional wall dimmer, none of them. Any LED over about 15 watts will flicker and die on one of those. We do offer bulbs that have an onboard dimming dial or slide switch to adjust the brightness. If you want to use a wall dimmer, you will need to use a 0-10v fixture and run dimming wires to the wall switch.
- What is 0-10v dimming?

- Can I get a photometric study?
A: Of course. Call us and one of our light designers will get one done for you.
- How do I know how many lumens to get?
