LED Lights
Color selectable lights are fixtures that allow users to adjust the color temperature according to their needs. Wattage or power selectable lights, on the other hand, allow users to choose the wattage according to the lighting needs of the space. Unlike wattage selectable fixtures, which are relatively new in the market, color selectable LED lights have been around for quite some time. Their most significant advantage is flexibility and the ease of customizing the light to match your site's needs.

LED Lighting
One undisputed fact in today's fast-paced world is the role of lighting, particularly in our day-to-day lives. One of the reasons for this claim is the fact that specific intensities and wavelengths of light can be used to influence our biological processes, moods, and overall health. This phenomenon has been made possible following the development and advancement of tunable LED lighting technology. Tunable lighting technology is a flexible and dynamic lighting option that has greatly supported human-centric lighting (HCL).
How NASA is Growing Food in Space Using LED Grow Lights

LED Grow Lights
The idea of growing food in space has been a topic of interest for many years. NASA began growing plants in space in the 1980s. At that time they were using it simply as an experimental process. According to this article from NASA that talks about the potential to extend human life beyond Earth, it is vital to understand how we can grow food in space and provide a sustainable food source for future space missions. In May 2014 NASA created a plant growth system that uses LED lights and a nutrient solution to grow edible plants in space.

LED Warehouse Lights
Warehouses are large, often windowless spaces with tall shelving, broad floors, and generally narrow aisles. These spaces need sufficient illumination to provide a secure and productive working environment to ensure accidents are unlikely. Such workspaces look more professional as well. You can pick the appropriate lighting based on the type of work you will be doing, your vision needs, and the location. Reduced shadows, proper light source selection, appropriate light diffusion, and uniformity are all crucial. Additionally, an adequate color temperature fosters a relaxing, acceptable working atmosphere.
RGB Lights Vs. RGBW Lights – What's The Difference
Posted by Dara Greaney on 12/13/2022 to
LED Lights
RGBW refers to red, green, blue, and white light. RGBW was developed after RGB. If your science class serves you right, remember that there are three primary optical colors; red, green, and blue. RGB is based on numerous combinations of all three primary colors. The principle of color light emission is the basis of its design. RGB Lights can be described as three different colors: red, green, and blue. The colors are mixed, and the combined brightness equals the total brightness of the two lights when their lights are superimposed on one another. Brightness increases with increasing mixing degree, which is additive mixing.
But. . . RGB is a different scale than CCT or color corrected temperature/ kelvin. You can have a RGB light and try a tone of brown, but it may never be that warm white 2700K-3000K that you want because its missing a piece.
Tunable Lights and Why You Might Want to Choose Them

Commercial Lighting
The lighting industry has come a long way. The industry has progressed towards developing brighter and more energy-efficient lighting solutions. The inception and use of LED lighting technology is one of the significant developments that have helped reshape the lighting industry. LED lighting technology has provided new and better platforms for users, especially facility managers, to utilize especially on matters concerning energy efficiency. Tunable lighting is yet another development or entrant in the field. Tunable lighting allows users to adjust color temperature, an essential aspect of lighting. The selectable Kelvin or light color temperature (usually 3000K, 4000K, or 5000K for tunable lights) is used to achieve different conditions that may improve occupants' wellness. In addition to allowing light color adjustments, users can also adjust wattage. In simple terms, you can select light amount output of your LED tunable lighting fixture hence saving on your energy costs.
